“ This was my second visit to this establishment within 6 months of returning to California for a trip. The food is absolutely amazing and the dim sum is made to order and super fresh. Our first experience I would recommend not going on a weekend afternoon. Good luck waiting 2 hours for a table and being crammed in like sardines. This time around we went on a Monday right when they opened..plenty of seats for everyone, food came out fast, but when 11:30 am came around droves or folks came pouring in. What I liked the most was how they cooked the Xiu Mai with truffle. It's aromatic and savory. The egg tofu with abalone sauce was simply delicious. Mildly crunchy on the outside and silky on the inside. Don't forget to add Pandan pork to your order along with the gold leaf shrimp dumplings. If you are a fan of the Clay Pot. I would highly recommend the chicken and Chinese sausage. ”

“ the shrimp dumplings was exactly how it was supposed to be - exquisitely tiny, skin was thin and chewy but not oily. Most of the dim sum were nicely done - not salty nor oily arranging all tables with kids in a separate room effectively managed to noice All staff members are helpful and nice ”

“ Chef Tony He does it again, he really is the godfather of dimsum in LA. Fantastic restaurant offering delicious food in a bustling atmosphere. The dimsum is very high quality and tastes wonderful. Be ready for a slight wait on weekends, especially during lunch time. Don’t worry though the food comes out quickly. Service is nice overall, but this was the first time I have ever been directly confronted by a staff member for not tipping enough. Very bold of the staff to straight up say I should tip more. ”

“ Highly recommended to arrive for Dim Sum before 11.00 to minimize the wait time. Once eit down and order, the food comes quite fast. The hot and chilli dishes are too spicy (at least for me). As a visitor, it's really worth the fame. There was no disappointment. ”

They have gourmet dim sum items that are difficult to find elsewhere, such as squid ink har gow, squid ink scallop dumplings, gold-dusted black buns filled with double egg yolk custard, and more. Service here is quite good, though the restaurant isn't terribly big for a dim sum restaurant so there may be a wait if you arrive here after 10:30am on a weekend. Parking can be difficult after 11:00am on the weekends as well. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you're in town and could only choose one dimsum restaurant out of all the many options available in the area. ”
